We focus on select few Apartment buildings and Villa communities. We are focused on what we do and strive to maintain a high quality of property portfolio in our areas of focus.Our Primary areas of focus are Downtown Dubai & Palm Jumeirah. We do however help our buyers find properties based on their search criteria.

With years entrenched in Dubai's real estate, Wajahat boasts a rich background in both buyer and seller facets. After a thriving career in the airline industry encompassing various roles in customer relations and operations, he pivoted to real estate. His has managed sales teams, overseeing portfolios surpassing AED 1 billion, and orchestrating deals totaling AED 1 billion. Wajahat's expertise spans residential and commercial sales, leasing, and adept team leadership.
Syed Zain Ali - Associate
Zain, a resident of Dubai for over 20 years, With a comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, he assists clients in leasing, buying, and selling properties, while also delving into property management. Zain specializing in residential and commercial sales and leasing. Notably, he conducted successful property transactions in Pakistan from 2020 to 2021, staying abreast of industry trends and constantly refining his property management expertise.
